Sales and Support

At BRI Web Hosting supporting our customers is job #1. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supporting you the customer is our top priority. Our support ticket system allows you to post your questions and concerns to one of our trained technicians. No matter what time of the day or night, there is always staff on duty to assist you.

This is also where you would place pre-sales questions you might have before singing up with BRI Web Hosting. One of our helpful personal will do their best to answer your questions quickly and with integrity. Please be advised that on weekends, support issues are top priorities and sales inquiries may take a bit longer to respond to.

As an added convenience, the same support system will also handle any inquires regarding your billing. Just submit a ticket with your question, and one of our helpful and courteous staff members will answer your question as soon as they can. Please note that support for billing questions are from Monday through Friday. You may submit your billing question any time you wish, but the staff is in Mondays through Fridays.

When filling out support tickets select the correct department to submit your question to. You will see a drop down box giving you the options of Sales, Support and Billing. Make your questions concise and to the point. Be sure to include any errors you may see, time it happen(s) and if you had made any recent changes that might have created the problem. Our technicians cannot help you if you do not give them the proper information. There is also a drop down box giving you the ability to prioritize your request, Low, Medium and High. Do not rate every request as an emergency, use judgment in prioritizing your tickets to help our technicians properly service you and our other customers.

Technical support is for BRI Hosting concerns only. We do not provide support for 3rd party scripts. We are happy to answer any questions regarding the installation of a script you are trying to install as it pertains to our servers. For technical support regarding third party scripts you have to get that from the developers of the program you are trying to use.
